Thanks for visiting our office. We are sorry that you were disappointed with your experience. A lot has changed recently and we are always trying our best to accommodate our patients. We clean the office with alcohol after each patient which could cause sensitivity to some. We do have a consistent schedule for our doctors but they do rotate occasionally due to holidays. We do apologize if there was a miscommunication with scheduling. We do offer state of the art technology to check the health of the eyes (retina scan). This technology will reduce the exam time with the doctor, therefore, reducing everyone's exposure time in the office. Your eyes were extremely healthy which was indicated on the retina scan. We do apologize if this message wasn't conveyed. We appreciate the feedback and will work with the staff to improve!

Don't waste your time going. First of all, it smelled when I walked in which should've been the red flag. Second, I asked to see Dr. Belfer when I was called back it was Dr. Patel. Third, the "exam" was maybe 5 minutes long. By far the shortest exam I've ever had in the 10+ years I've needed glasses. I was given max 3 options per eye to see if my eyes needed a different prescription. Did the retina scan and I've always had my small optic nerve called out (which is not an issue since it's always been that way and hasn't gotten worse) and this doctor said absolutely nothing about it which shocked me in a very bad way. Editing after owner's response: There's a difference between sanitizing and a place smelling. The smell was not a sanitized with alcohol smell at all. It was a dirty smell. Also scheduling with a doctor and then having a completely different one give the exam is not a miscommunication. It's rude and off putting as it comes across as not caring about customers desires and wants. If the original doctor someone was scheduled with is now out sick or on vacation, it should be communicated to a patient. That's extremely normal in my experience. I've had retina scans before and considering my previous records weren't faxed over in time, it's alarming that a small optic nerve, even if healthy, was not mentioned at all. Really questions the validity of the exam and I left feeling so uncomfortable and unhappy.
