Hi Troy! Thank you for your review. At this time, I would love to speak with you directly about your experience. We have not heard this type of situation in quite sometime and I am very curious about who you spoke with directly to ensure this does not happen in the future. However, I will state the voucher you are speaking of DOES require an appointment, which is stated in the fine print. I am also unaware of what the schedule looked like for the day you were in studio and can assume that when you state "there was no one there" that you happened to arrive in between scheduled appointments. Attempted to use our Groupon, but were advised those were appointment only. The lady was rude too. There was no one there and she was willing to see us when we walked in, unyil she heard Groupon. Then suddenly there were no appointments available until Sunday afternoon. We are leaving Sunday morning. Complete waste of money.

For a group of 11, the voucher you have/had purchased only covers 6 people which would mean yes, you would owe $50.95 additional for the other 5 people. ($110 dollars total) Saving you roughly $45.00 (great deal!!) Yes, all 8x10 prints start at $40. Outside of printing, we offer digital options which range from all your images digitally to custom canvas. We have options for everyone's budget. You are welcomed to spend as little or as much as you want. I hope in the future you will discuss your concerns with management, that way can better assist your needs. I went in to ask about more information on sessions. I was given a Groupon as a gift and was told our party would need to pay $50 on top of the Groupon to cover sitting fees. I asked what the normal prices are. $40 per print, unless you do bundles. What are the bundles? " It depends on who you are working with." So, after rephrasing the same question a few times, this company will not give you an answer on pricing. Literally the only price they would say is, it's $40 per print (as well as $110 for an 11 person sitting fees). It seems as though it would be something the company would post in its store, or at the very least answer for a customer who is standing in their store. After being treated as though I was inappropriate for asking what pricing is, our family decided this company wasn't worth booking with:/

Our family recently used a Groupon at Four Bandits, but we were thrilled with the variation in poses and the amazing captures that we ended up spending much more to take the memories home. Jamie was amazing with our boys. She pulled the most captivating and hysterical looks from them. Tenassa was just as helpful, and between them both, we have fantastic photos to keep forever. I loved that we were the only clients during our appointment. So many Groupon deals just fit you in and there is complete chaos while others are getting their memories made at the same time. I appreciate the requirement to make an appointment. It definitely gave Jamie the time to focus on what our family wanted but with her creative touch. Even without the Groupon, I highly recommend giving this studio a try.

Pics come out great, quick photo shoot experience, we had fun doing it! But, WOW, so expensive! We had our first and last Old Time photo shoot experience! Although it was Great, it was too expensive to make it something we'd do more than once.
