got my industrial here february of last year, had a horrible time trying to get it to heal, called around june to make an appointment to get a downsize for the jewelry after reaching out to a app certified piercer and doing my own research, they said they were gonna put two different smaller bars in for it to heal and then put the longer bar back in after, i knew that wasnt right so made an appointment at a different place with a certified piercer and when i finally got in there they told me he shouldnt have even pierced me in the first place because my ear doesnt have the right anatomy for an industrial piercing (when i went to get it he didnt even do an anatomy check before piercing), he also used the wrong gauge jewelry for the industrial. I also got my septum done here (after the industrial but before getting it checked out and everything) and he pierced it crooked.
I went here years ago for my septum piercing and the guy did it in the wrong spot but oh well it looked fine and didn't hurt much more than the second time when the lady pierced the sweetsop at another shop. But I was trying to make an appointment for my friend to get his septum done and.. the prices START at $80 for septum piercings that's outrageously expensive.. average is like $40-50 and found one place to do it for $25.
Loved my experience here! Not only are they clean and organized, they're friendly and helpful. If you're looking for places to get a piercing, this is the one!
Hi Alex This is Scott, Im the piercer/owner. My receptionist mentioned you called and were upset because we were booked a week out and couldnt accommodate you. We are strictly appointment only for everything, including jewelry. We do not tolerate people making our staff or customers safety feel put at risk and your choice words made an employee feel extremely uncomfortable.

Edit: I have never had to do this before. The owner who replied below has no idea how the interaction went or he wouldn't accuse me of using "Choice words" when I called. It was a short, and surprisingly rude call where I wasn't even allowed to ask questions and received an attitude before even responding to my only question. The harshest thing I said was "I guess I'll give my money to someone else!" and I hung up. I had ZERO dialogue otherwise and not a single swear word. I had a better experience with the piercing/tattoo shop at the Vancouver Mall. Straight professional work. Took several hours to wait, but it was quality. If these guys will lie about a phone call, I'd be weary of letting them use any devices on your body for anything. If I could erase the gold from the only star I'm forced to give, I'd do it. Poor customer service man. I'm stunned you would lie like that. Original review: Called to find out about hours and was immediately treated as an undesirable inconvenience for asking as they're booked into the following week. Attitude is everything and obviously this review won't hurt their otherwise busy business but it's not stopping me from expressing my experience for what it was. I'll give my money to someone who deserves it.
