Worse experience ever! They aren't a real dealership. So they make their money off of getting people to sign ridiculous contracts with their financers. I came in to purchase a BMW i3 out right. I came in the day prior to test drive it. I came in the next day to buy the car outright. Everything was going smoothly until I requested that they clean the car before giving it to me. It had a weird smell and it. And there was an unidentifiable white stain on the doors and dirt on the mats. They told me they could "wipe it down" but they don't clean cars because they aren't a dealership. So that let me know that none of their cars are actually throughly cleaned. Even though we are in a pandemic. I agreed to them "wiping it down". I went back to my car to wait for Kennedy to finish the paperwork. She comes back to my car and tells me that someone purchased the car online. It was so unprofessional. And none of it made sense. I did more research and found out that they make their money from financing. And that they typically don't sell cars outright to people, because they make no money. Worse experience ever. Go to a real dealership.

I came from a different location roughly 100 miles away and the associate Jonathan Saffore was very knowledgeable and got me the car I wanted with payments I was comfortable with. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Carlotz and ask for Jonathan.
