Hi Galia, the management is still the same. 90% of our staff are bilingual. As most of our regular clients knows, we do slice sashimi, but it just needs to be requested in advance as we like to do it properly. Regarding razor clams, our waitering staff are not the one to handle fish. The fishmonger was supposed to help you. All of our staff are pescatarian, but don't have to like our all fish. 2 new people working there. they barely speak english and they do not accept to slice the fish in sashimi even though they used to. I asked for razorclam. the lady was so disgusted to touch them, she gave them to her colleague to wrap. she even stuck her tongue out as a sign of disgust. if the product disgusts her so much , why does she sell it? I think the management has changed. I will avoid now
