Waited in excess of 4 hrs for the engineer to arrive yesterday, even after getting a hour call stating all is well and he is on course for the 90min mark. No updates following this. Had some honesty or general professionalism been excercised I could have at least tried to get another firm in. On this principle alone I would advise anyone thinking about using them to be prepared to camp out for some hours. I was offered a 10 discount for an apology and charged 20 for fuel injection fluid not sure ,doubt it was needed but what do I know. The engineer himself was good and sorted the problem out fairly quickly which can account for a star. The hq team is a joke however.

Do not use this company! I put diesel in a petrol car and called them out. They sprayed some chemical in my engine and my car set fire!! Completely destroyed my car and now my insurance is refusing to pay for the loss and this company is not answering any of my calls. Avoid avoid avoid
