A clearing house for communities to access leads on prospective clients. Nice folks; consolidating info helpful; links to "research" helpful. Individual consultant nice, but not useful. I/We did the work. Some of the "leads" were invasive and repetitive, regardless of updates online or expressed restrictions communicated to APFM. Follow-up random and ineffective.

They certainly got me connected with several Agencies, but I think they should vet the Agencies they recommend. I know that the Agency has to pay a commission, but my personal experience with the Agency was horrid.

I called after doing some research myself and was surprised to find 2 facilities that I wasnt even aware of. Plenty of education available from them if you need to understand how to work with your loved one.
