I can't recommend Ari highly enough. When my wife first met him it was on an open house where we were going to just start scouting the market. He offered up his services even after we explained that it would be a very long time before we purchase. He indicated that he would still be happy to take us on as clients regardless of when we purchase. Since that point, he has been at our service above and beyond expectations. He has always been able and willing to meet our rough schedules to see a place including in last minute scenarios. He helped us brave the Seattle market where we had put in 9 offers before finally having one accepted. He worked with us to find the right place, and even went all the way to digging through expired listings on the chance that we could put up an offer that would entice a buyer to sell to us. When it came down to time to buy he was able to coach us through not only the buying process, but even the mortgage lending process with recommendations of how to deal with the sales side of things comparing lenders and how to protect our interests. This man knows his job well, and provides the highest level of service you could ask for. To be completely honest, the level of service we received made me wonder if he has any other clients. I legitimately felt like he was so on top of everything with us that there was no way he could possibly be doing anything else with his time but working with us. Recommend without reservation!

Ari is the best! We just closed on our first home and we are so glad we chose Ari! From the first meeting with him, we knew we wanted to have him as our real estate agent as he spent so much time with us explaining the house buying process, the current market, asked us exactly what we were looking for in a home and gave us plenty of time to ask questions. The housing market was very stressful and competitive while we were looking but Ari was always calm, patient, positive, responsive and proactive to make sure we found our perfect home. He is a great communicator and always sent us great listings and quickly booked listings that we sent him. During the big Seattle snowstorm in February, Ari even picked us up in his truck and drove us to see multiple different houses that weekend in the snowy streets. That kind of dedication is what made him really stand out to us as an AMAZING real estate agent. Another thing we really appreciated with Ari is how knowledgeable he is on identifying what may need repairing as well as how to do those repairs! Now that we have the home, he has even offered to help us with some of the DIY repairs he helped identify!
