Really clean, nice brand new office. Dr. Hargrove was very sweet, caring, cordial, knowledgeable. She performed testing that in my 8+ yrs of wearing contacts, my previous dr did not do. I had retinal imaging to check the health of my eye (had never had before). I had no clue my up close vision was off a little. Dr. Hargrove really cares about the eye health of her patients. I love this office and highly recommend. The receptionist clearly explained my benefits/dues beforehand and emailed me an itemized receipt containing claim information/what all was being charged to insurance. After my appointment I received an email for the online patient portal. It was very easy to get an appointment and fill out the new patient paperwork online. They have a wide selection of frames.

Had an exceptional experience at this practice. Dr. Hargrove knows her stuff and provided an insight about my vision I've not received before. The office setup is warm and inviting, and the frame selection is modern. I choose a frame in under 5 minutes, perhaps it was the confidence in my vision after my visit with the doctor or the selection of frames was just the right amount and style, that made the process easy. I recommend trying out the office, you will be happy that you did.

This place was awesome, efficient, and Dr. Crader provided me with helpful knowledge about my eyesight. The staff was kind and helpful as well. The pricing was good and less expensive than other eye doctors I've seen. Definitely recommend and will be back!
