Last year I decided to get out of apartment living and try renting a house to get a feel for home ownership. This has been such a wonderful experience. Sharon, real-estate agent managing the account, follows up to make sure things are taken care of. Reminds me of all the little things that renters forget, and makes sure the contractors do what they are supposed to do. They work with local contractors who did an emaculate jobs painting, cleaning up the yard, and making sure communication was there for time on site. Excellent company, professional, and cares about their tenants. If you are in the market for renting or buying, Napier, Sharon, stands behind her promise and cares about her clients.
