Very disappointed with this place. We called ahead of time to reserve raw milk, but we were told that it was first come first serve. We drove an hour to try and get some and to our surprise there were four gallons still available. When we tried to purchase them, we were told that milk was reserved. We then asked how we could reserve raw milk for the future and were told raw milk was being discontinued. Then whats the point? I will never do business here again. They are dishonest and unaccommodating.

Staff was very friendly and offered great service. The shop is cute and clean and inviting. Unfortunately, the gelato was not very good. Water buffalo milk may be creamier than cow's milk, but that makes it almost too fatty. Imagine eating a stick of chocolate flavored lip balm. We wanted so much to enjoy the gelato; instead we ended up eating antacids and chewing gum to get the slimey feeling out of our mouths.

Manchego cheese is so good! We also got the buffalo pepperoni-not greasy and bland like every other one Ive tried. Spicy and delicious! We also got the goat caramel, vanilla and citrus gelatos. Super creamy and delicious. Things cost more than youd expect, but if you want quality and taste, its worth every penny. Dont go if you want HEB quality and prices because youll find out how cheap you really are.

The shop is adorable, the staff is friendly but the water buffalo gelato is not worth the hype. I bought the chocolate gelato and it barely tasted of chocolate. I do see they make their own but it doesn't have the right amount of chocolate taste. The gelato itself was unpleasant with the consistency and thickness. Two stars for the staff and the esthetic.
