Poor quality writing on mug ink looked smudged, I wouldn't have accepted this but was shown the mug inside a clear plastic cover in the shop and gave it to someone as a gift. I was expecting better quality.

Hi Kieren, I am really sorry we frustrated you, I agree it is unacceptable, thou I am pleased we were still able to offer a 1 hour service even at the end of the day. As the day rolls on we can fill up with work, we always explain that service time does depend on who visits us before you do.... You visited us on 6th may 2016, - one of the most challenging days ever since opening in 1987 About 10:30am someone appeared to 'hack' our email account and sent out fake invoices. We managed to lock everything down within 20 minutes and the good people at Google Garage helped us identify the fraud location in The Midlands and close the account that was pretending to be Logobear sending out these fake emails. We took every precaution and shut down every system, run every possible virus/malware check and slowly re-connected our systems. This was very time consuming and stressful. Integrity is vital to a small business, and I felt we had been violated! By the afternoon we were struggling to keep all the tshirt print promises we had already made as we had lost so much time, and I had to leave early to do the school run. I am sorry that a member of my team was stressed when you visited, given the reason I hope you can believe it was under truly exceptional circumstances..... Sorry for replying with an essay, running an innovative small business that offers super fast bespoke services is a constant challenge, but the opinions of our customers is paramount. AWFUL!!!!!!! The service I received was the worst ever! Being spoken to like I was an idiot by the woman with red hair for coming one hour and half before closing time, even though we had exchanged emails and established that it would take less than an hour. Really do not recommend, the t-shirts were okay but being spoken to like that was enough to not return EVER!
