The person who wrote this is Stephen with K-Squared Construction LLC in Port Orchard, WA. We did graphics for him on a Trailer, Truck Magnets, A-boards signs and some business card magnets. He called me about 3 weeks ago and ordered 2 additional car magnets. I dropped the ball on him and due to our current workload let his job slip through the cracks. He called the shop today inquiring about the magnets and got pretty upset hung up the phone and left us a 1 star review. We did allot of killer work for him so I don't feel 1 star is what we deserve from him. However, everyone is entitled to their opinion and hopefully once the dust settles he might update this negative review.

I am a business owner and you have done killer work for me. Whether I'm a big or small order communication is a big factor in our line of work. And there was none what so ever. Just excuses. I'd be fine with a delay if it was communicated properly not 3 weeks after with an excuses.

The price of your material was honored. It was the price to set up your file that was in question because we charge by the hour and your art is unique. Your overall price would not have doubled. I got a price quote to redo some decals and then when it came time to get the job done they tried to more than double the price. The owner wouldnt honor his word and Im not sure about their integrity. Im sure they can do graphics but I wouldnt go there for re-creations unless you want to be disappointed
