Kaulana - First of all I am sorry you were disappointed. We did our best to explain the different print methods and the limitations of each method and due to the high amount of ink colors and low volume of prints it was determined that Direct to Garment Printing (DTG) was the method that worked best for your project. Screen printing would have had a very bright and rich look for the solids but since you had a full color photograph on the front, then it left DTG printing as the only viable alternative. We also made you well aware that the graphic quality that was provided to us was very poor quality as a low resolution file. We offered our graphic design services to resolve the poor quality artwork but you did not want to pay the graphic design fees. Our prices are very competitive especially in this high demand market that we are right now, we pride ourselves in taking care of every customer. We do our best to educate as much as possible which we feel we did with your project and some of our recommendations were not taken.

Taking into consideration my order was needing to be rushed! Communication between the business & myself was poor along with designing my t-shirts. My tshirt design quality wasnt consistent throughout all the 20 shirts I ordered. The shirts were on the more expensive side so I would have hoped I would get better quality on my design!! Over all it was a very frustrating experience!
Sorry we could not come to an agreement on this. We tried to do our best to resolve this but to no avail. In the end we offered an amount that was more than what it would cost you to have another company replace it (based on your quote from another company) when you tried to get us to lower our price on the initial quote. We made that offer since you had already made it clear that your continued expectations are not going to change on the warranty. As I explained before, Avery and 3M do not offer any warranty's for color change vinyl on boats or any water craft. There are too many variables, speed, water temps, how long a boat spends in the water, exposure to docks, other abuse etc. We also never had a chance to inspect the vinyl to check for any of those things to determine the cause of the failure. Despite that we went over and above expectations last year when we completed a replacement piece free of charge due to the fact that your factory badges fell off the vinyl, which we warned against doing. We replaced the entire vinyl section since the badge's permanent adhesive itself damaged the vinyl at no fault of our own. We continue to tell our customers that need color change vinyl on water craft, that warranties are not offered on that particular vinyl and the wrap is at their own risk and an inherent cost of boat ownership if paint protection or color changes are desired.

We bought a vinyl wrap for our boat for $1,500. It fell off in less than a year. Xtreme offered free labor but not material to fix. We rejected their offer. They offered to pay us $350. (Which we declined.) Would not do business with them again. Especially avoid for vinyl wraps.

Sorry I was out of town for the last week and I had to get all the details on this matter. Since we rarely get any negative feedback and have a nearly perfect 5 stars, I am disappointed that I was not able to discuss this matter in person before leaving this review as I am sure we could have found a mutual solution. I personally apologize for this issue and inconvenience. We did run into a slight delay with the lanyards design due to the extended Labor Day holiday. We are also working to improve and streamline our proofing process and overall communication between our Sales and Design departments to ensure this is never a repeat issue. We take all discrepancies whether they be online reviews or from any other source very seriously and have used this to coach our team members who were involved. We were able to refund you immediately. I've done two orders with them and both times they're like a week to two weeks later getting it to me then when they say. I had some lanyards made or was supposed to they told me I'd have the proof in four days it's been two weeks I've called three times three times it's been a joke I'll never buy from them again. If you do order from them don't expect to get it when they tell you
