i saw 2 cars online that I was interested in and called them to find out whether or not the price on their webpage was right because I was willing to pay cash. the guy kept telling me that I have to come in and negotiate the price because they work on comission. mind you I never mentioned to him that I wanted to negotiate, I just wanted to know how much I should have in my pocket in order to make the purchase. He refused to acknowlege the price on their website and asked me to drive all the way from PA to NY just to talk prices with them when it's right there on their site. at last he put me on hold and never returned. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAMSCAM SCAM. ALL THEIR FIVE STARS ARE LIES.

We asked them to please help us out and not sell us a messed up car being that we were first time car buyers with 3 small kids and on a tight budget. Since the day we purchased we have had nonstop problems with it, mind you some of the problems we spoke about before purchase they promised they would fix but every time we tried to call the manager was not available or the job couldnt be done at the momentso we ended up having to fix things on our own on top of just us buying the car. Now AC compressor stopped working as summer just started and we have had heat waves the job is $600!! They were nice and seemed sincere before purchase then everything changed; no response, no call backs, no email response and when we did reach someone we would get attitude from staff. We got the car in one time, they kept it all day and did nothing with it because they needed manager to tell them what needed to be done and that wasnt possible. They dont care about the clients, they made their money. Very disappointed. Decided to review Rubber Bros so that other people and families are more aware and dont get stuck with these problems.
