After 10 years of friendship and more than 300 deals over 15 years, seeing this review is extremely sad. Despite taking a more senior role in the company, I attempted to still handle Alex's ongoing demands. His constant emails (many back to back within the hour) while I reviewed his proposal, helped my teammates, or tended to the hundreds of other inquiries we receive, were extremely rude, condescending, and unfair. I would be happy to show anyone reading this review the email chain which led to this. Alexander Benson, despite being an attorney, has verbally harassed and yelled profanities at two of our female staff members over the years. Since we pride ourselves on customer service, we apologized to him in an attempt to continue our relationship. After this previous incident, Albert (owner/founder) has refused to deal with him, which makes him the only client that Albert Ganjei has ever refused to deal with. This will be the third or fourth time that Alexander Benson has "broken up with us" yet he still finds a way back. We must be doing something right. Sadly lost their way under direction of son Josh. Arrogant, condescending and act like they are doing you a favor. Reality is zero customer service and behavior like a pawn broker. A sad fall from grace from the days of customer service with Albert.
I have bough 5 or 6 watches from them over the past few years and I am sad to say their service has really fallen off. Joshua used to be my contact but he is busy on procurement and moved me to Brad who, frankly, has been difficult to deal with. He doesn't respond to emails until I escalate to Joshua. I have no idea what is going on with Brad but I shouldn't have to fight to get attention as a regular long time customer.
