Had shirts printed for a school event. Ordered over 100 of them. Theu came 2 days late and were absolute garbage. When we got them, the colors were sketchy and looked like the prints were ironed on. If we flipped the shirt inwards out we could see the inside square where they pasted it. The shirt was super stiff and about 20/130 of them ripped the first day we used them. Poor quality, wore them for 4-5 times and the print has almost completely faded. Do not come here,... super poor service and trash products.

We are very disappointed with the service that we received from your company. You will NOT be getting a good review from us. First we were informed that the file we should submit to you should be JPG then we were told that it needed to be in a different format. We were Okay with that. Everyone makes mistakes. Then we were told with the format we submitted to you that the clarity would not be perfect, per your standards but that we would probably not notice the fine details you notice and we would be happy with the cards. We were okay with that. Then you told us that we would not get our cards until the Following Friday. It was Wednesday when we ordered the cards and we were hoping to get them within a few days not a week and a few days. But again we said okay and were fine with that. So Today, when I call to find the status of our cards I am told that the order did not get placed until Yesterday and that we would not get them until next week. Let me tell you something about small business. We like to promote them when we can. We were thrilled to see your new business down the street as we were trying to open our business and we thought you could serve some of our needs. If you had a problem with our order you should have E mailed me or called me to let me know there was a problem. We were counting on you to keep your promise that we would get the cards today. We have everything we need to open our business except for the KEY MOST IMPORTANT thing. Our Business Cards. I would appreciate a full refund ASAP as I have made arrangements to get business cards from Staples NEXT DAY. You need to step up your game or your not going to last very long. We are very Disappointed at how you do business and you will be getting a very unsatisfactory review from us.
I found out about Big T printing through Keep St. Pete Local. Their service and attention to detail was outstanding. They do excellent work and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I ordered 1 jacket for my son a month ago. They have not even started making it. I called to inquire, the person was very dismissive and had an attitude of "i don't care." Way to expensive as well. A simple jacket for a 5 year old was $35! Unprofessional, expensive, and very untimely. Feeling very disappointed. I'll be visiting Lands' End instead.
