Amber, Im sorry that you had a bad experience with us. We strive to always get back to people as fast as we can. We do not have an online designer, so Im not totally sure what youre referring to. I have emailed you back, and hopefully answered all of your questions. We also have minimum orders of at least 12 shirts per design. You wanted a 1 off shirt. Ive sent two emails and designed a shirt online with no response at all! I didn't realize that it was a 12 shirt minimum so that's my fault for not catching that. But there was an online design studio to upload images and get a quote. That has since been taken off the site. I know this because that was the entire reason I chose this business.
