Stoja and the rest of the staff that I interacted with were great however no one informed me of the major change in the outlander. I had to find out that they no longer came with spare tires, major safety issue IMO, especially when consumer is unaware. I had to find out when my tire blew, 5 days after purchase, on a major busy highway. The liquid fix kit did not work and I had my young daughters with me. Thank goodness my husband was with us also. I brought this to the staff attention, who proceeded to tell me that ALL new models and makes are doing away with spare tires,, although this is not true of ALL, however I wasn't concern about that, what I was concerned about was that they ASSUMED I was or even that should've been aware of such a MAJOR safety change.

When i 1st arrived at the Mitsubishi dealer i was kinda lost because i never thought about what kind of car i needed but once i spoke to Troy and told him that i'm a 1st time buyer he wasted no time in recommending at least 8 cars all was to my liking then it was easy to simply chose the Nissan sport sedan that caught my eyes plus the buying process was a breeze... Went to 6 dealers over 2 weeks looking for an AWD vehicle. Second visit to Route 46 Mitsubishi and met sales person Mario Santos. He answered every question I had, worked through all the "purchasing details" without a hitch. Perfect car buying experience. That sums it up, Mario went over the different models, added the options I needed, was patient, considerate of my time, reviewed the different financing options on the vehicles, reviewed the purchased vehicle with me in detail. Out of the 6 car dealers I went to Mario and Route 46 Mitsubishi certainly stood out in an extremely positive way.

STAY AWAY. Saw a car on their website with just picture posted. Asked them to send more pictures and they didn't. Drove 2 hours just see the car, went there and found out the car was in filthy condition, the reason not posting pictures. After that they told me it needs close to $3000 dollars in work to make it functional. They could have told me that on the phone and save me 4 hours but they are one of the bait people.You will be dealing with an unprofessional group in a cluttered, sloppy office with background music blaring. Avoid at all costs.
