I normally have great experiences at Ferman; however, this time they were very slow in getting my work done which was simply to check my run flat tires. The clerk knew they were running late and was apologetic. I also appreciate they were busy but I did have an appointment. Nonetheless, this is a stellar place and other than this delay in service, I have been very happy with them. So, I have to give them 3 stars although normally they are 5-star.
Chad was the best and he did not try selling us something we didnt want like multiple other dealerships had attempted to do which I definitely appreciated. They had the car pulled around for us before we arrived, the process was quick and easy, and everyone was super nice.
starting with the ferman bmw showroom which was as nice as any i have been in, forwarding to the unveiling of our new vehicle by tom berges, which was flawless and imformative . the closing experience was quick and well prepared. overall a great vehicle and superlative dealer experience
Outstanding Experience. My wife and I had been looking for a very specific car, and only a few on the east coast were available. Tammy took amazing care of us. She answered all my questions, sent me a plethora of extra pictures, and even a video of the car since we were over 1000 miles away. She had the finance manager reach out and we were able to get all the paperwork done beforehand. She picked us up from the airport and brought us to the dealership. Rarely is buying a car this pleasurable and I highly recommend Tammy and the team at Ferman (and Joe's bad jokes were welcome). Would buy from here again.
