Horrible. Had some basic maintenance done on the car, Oil change, tires, brakes that squeaked. Woman who handles the phones was pleasant and they seemed very nice, got the work done and I was off. Two days later the check engine warnings went off, called to let them know and the woman was no longer pleasant. Was told I had to wait a month to have them look at it. Reminded her that they just worked on it two days ago and now there was a problem, she didn't seem to care and quickly got off the phone. Went to another dealership, they took the car in and told me I needed a new engine. Looked at the work Liberty did and did see a note that they replaced the spark plugs because the 4th one was fouling. At least that is what I gathered, as what they wrote on my invoice was very cryptic. Talked to the other dealership and they said the 4th cylinder was losing pressure, they didn't say it was anything Libery may have done, but it is suspicious. I don't trust this dealership. Also to note, Liberty also fills out their own customer surveys, how convenient for them; and the brakes still squeak.

Great experience with Jay (May 2021), but found out the CERTIFIED car only had one key AFTER we signed and paid for it. Dealership offered a second key for $400. Bad experience.

Jeremiah Velez is the person you need to work with! He made this process so easy for me. He worked hard to get me exactly what I needed. His main priority was to make sure I liked what I was purchasing and was within the price point I wanted instead of being like other sales people and pushing me into something else. In the past I would spend hours at a dealership. I was done in an 1 1/2 and left with my new car. This place is amazing. Dont waste your time. Go to this dealership and ask for Jeremiah.
I asked leasing for 2022 Kia Sorento Salesman Je*** asked to pay $5k for down-payment and paying $767 Monthly for 3 years lease. Out of mind for Kia Sorento. Don't waste time here. I understand they want to make money but that payment will for luxury cars. You could lease better cars less price without down. Check the internet deal Kia.com elsewhere before you shopping to save your money and time. I do not recommend here at all.
