This place is in Mobile and NOT on the mardi parade route. 219 is their name. Go figure on that!! I had their 3 sliders of tuna salad, egg salad, and something I cannot recall. The tuna salad sandwich was good. The other two were runny with too much liquid.

Friendly staff with decent quality food. Service is a bit slow, but kind. Menu prices do not match up with the online google menu prices ($7.75 sandwiches shown online are actually $8.79). This is a small town, local feeling, unique experience.

Thanks so much for the amazing review. We just passed our 18 year anniversary and have many many long term happy customers. We cant possibly please every even though wed like to. Maybe you could drop some knowledge on us and tell us how we could do better. Its been years since weve gotten under a four star. Maybe were slipping ! Much better !!!!! We feel privileged to be in such good company. Seems like youve bashed almost every company so thanks for including us youre the best . You should go and review Cytranet I hear good things about them. Best wishes FYI I believe Downtown Mobile has the most restaurants it has ever had in its history just downtown. Somewhere between 45-50 not counting food trucks and national chain fast food.

Overrated! I thought my one word review was sufficient, however until I received the sarcastic response from the owner/entity I feel I should revise my review. I have been to the small eatery on more than one occasion, typically for a quick business meeting. The last time I was here we waited approximately over 20 minutes to even receive our orders. The waitress was not friendly. The food isnt anything extravagant, something you could find in your fridge at home and throw together. Also it appears that they must be making over 100-200% profit from the high markup for many items on the menu. Further, the response that I received was not an apology or trying to provide better customer service, rather it shifted the blame to the customer and tried to brag about how long its been in business. Sounds just like an old Mobilian ego. I understand there are not many restaurants located in downtown Mobile, however the ones that are in business should strive to provide excellent customer service, appreciate their customers and definitely be respectful in every manner.
