Lisa, I was sure disappointed to get this review. The last we spoke almost two years ago, I believed we were on the same page and parted on great terms. The fact that your husband called recently (which you mentioned in your post) seems to support my recollection of our positive interactions. Regardless, for reasons I cannot and will not discuss in a Google review, any decision we made about your case most certainly had nothing to do with our own self-interest. As for your husband's current situation, I tried calling you today to find out the details of how we delayed or misled him or you in any way, but no one answered. Rather than writing a public, very negative Google review, I would've appreciated the opportunity to talk or email with you directly. We are very proud of our relationships, even with people whose situations we cannot fix. So, to get this awful review almost two years after we last talked, and without so much as an email letting me know of your dissatisfaction, is discouraging.

Jesse will only takes on cases that are big money makers for him. I had a potential lawsuit that he represented me on for a while. As long as I did not work for at least a year, he felt that the case was pursuing. You ate asking a lot from someone to not work for an entire year for the sake of a bigger payday on a lawsuit when your family lives paycheck to paycheck. Once I could not gold out any longer and obtained employment after 6 months of being out of work, Jesse did not want to continue my case because it was not worth his time to represent me to try to get a fee thousand dollars when all was said and done, although I was absolutely treated unfairly and was discriminated against my this employer. My husband is looking for an employment lawyer for unpaid wages and also contacted Jesse. We were told Jesse would contact my husband back. After repeated calls to the office, my husband was told that Jessee was too busy to take on any more cases. If that was the case, they would have said that during the initial phone call. So unless you have a large lawsuit that is a guaranteed win, do not waste your time calling Jesse. He will just won't have the time for you, or he will string you along for months and then tell you that you don't have a case.

She informed me it is not against the law for a manager to bully a employee because she isn't liked. It is not a case of discrimination its a case of change whom you are!! Regards to your response.. For 1) I was being sarcastic! 2) Bullying, singling one person or clicking are all types of discriminatory harassment! So I didn't give more stars cause y'all did not know that. I know my case would be hard, but aren't the hard things the best things worth fighting for? But I am done with this firm. Good day my fair witted friend.
