Gave Dr. Arnao a second chance after Dr. Bruckner retired. I do not like how he practices optometry and how the practice is run by management and staff. We have an issue every time we go there. Our family will be finding another practice.
This must have been an "off day" for this facility as I usually am quite comfortable with my appointments, my eye doctor, and the knowledge of the employees. As I left after my appointment was over, I felt frustrated and confused by ambiguous information and procedures.

The technician who initially helped me was very friendly and professional. She helped me to select frames that would compliment my facial structure and relayed information on the various upgrades I might benefit from. I opted for $250 in upgrades and with frames the total was $469. I decided to shop in the mall while I waited for the glasses to be assembled and within an hour I received a text telling me my order was ready. When I returned to their office the young lady who helped me was busy with another patient and a different young lady asked what I was there for and I replied I was there to pick up my order and gave her my name. She just handed me the glasses and that was it. I wasn't thinking about possibly needing adjustments so I accepted the glasses and left for a 5 day business trip. The glasses do not fit correctly and need adjustment. I feel the second technician was negligent in not having me try on the glasses and offer to make adjustments. I'm very dissatisfied that I spent that much money and did not receive the customer service I should have received to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Super Optical Express you failed to provide the customer service I was due.
