Hey all, sorry to hear you're having an issue with your fulfillment order. Tracking the package, with the tracking number that was autogenerated for you, it does appear that the package was marked as delivered by USPS. USPS is notorious for marking packages as delivered, and then not delivering them for several days. We do not control the shipping method you pick, nor do we control the USPS and how they deliver their packages. Our team members simply offered advice, based on what we've seen in other areas, when similar situations unfolded. Again, i'm sorry you haven't gotten your package, but calling our team members expletives, is not a way to actually get anyone to help you.

I ordered some prints as a gift from Night Owls. Of no fault of Night Owls, the prints got lost in transit (Christmas shipping pandemonium, Im sure), but their customer service department took the time to walk me through filing a claim, then when I found out there was a stupid contingency on the coverage that made me ineligible, they still replaced the prints. Randy never lost patience with me and was super professional and helpful. Prints are beautiful, well packaged, and well printed. Thank you for a great experience with your company!
