The layout here causes dogs stress. Its run down, and the vibe here is very weird. Very misleading when you call you get the feeling your dogs will be happy and clean here. Will not be back.

sad excuse for a kennel, horrible facility hygiene, the poor animals do not get out enough , the staff are extremely rough with the animals, ... I worked there one day and could not go back I was so disgusted, ..they have animals there with issues /medical problems that could easily spread to the other animals due to the poor cleaning conditions, DO NOT BRING YOUR BABIES TO PREPPY PET!!!

Preppy Pet took great care of my sweet Dolly for several days. She was blind and also needed daily subcutaneous fluids and they had no problems administering it. You can tell the staff really loves the dogs they keep and they do a great job. My sweet girl passed right before another stay and I called and left a message to cancel the reservation. I got the nicest call back from a staff member who had cared for Dolly and she offered her condolences and shared how my girl was a joy to have at their facility. Highly recommend Preppy Pets. Wonderful people and very affordable.
