Unfortunately, Faulkner Hyundai has lost a repeat customer. I brought my Tucson in to diagnose a noise when turning my wheel. Faulkner Hyundai charged me $550 for sway bars and bushings that did not resolve the issue. I brought my vehicle back and Faulkner quoted me $1500 for a steering rack + $120 for an alignment. Faulkner told me that the issue was not a safety related concern. I brought my vehicle somewhere else for a second opinion and they discovered that a pinch bolt on the lower intermediate shaft was loose. They snugged the bolt by 1/2 turn and the issue was completely resolved. I was told that if the bolt would have wiggled out that I could have lost complete steering, that's a safety issue. The repair for snugging the bolt did not cost me anything. I'm out for $550 on parts and labor I didn't need. I was quoted $1620 for more parts and labor that would not have resolved the issue. I was told that the issue was not safety related, which was wrong as well. Sadly, I won't be coming back. Faulkner Hyundai lost my trust.

I get a request telling me that I could check in from my phone. So I'm like okay cool they're telling me I can check in now I head over there it was about 45 minutes before my appointment and nobody told me that there is no early check-in even though the sms sends you a check in. So needless to say I stayed there for 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change. Then I specifically put when it asked me if there was any thing I wanted to add I told them to fill my tire pressure up to the recommended PSI and they didn't do it now there's some bubble on my tire that I think they caused cuz I never remember it being there.

I dropped off my car Friday06/03/2022 for the a/c to be check and steering clunking noise ,on Monday 06/06/2022 they let me know I needed a compressor assembly. Then the compressor will be at the dealer on 06/08/2022 Wednesday so I approved the service then I called the dealer on Wednesday few times and left massages then I used the text service and no response. I got to the dealer service department soon as I opened the door the service writer told me we are close on a way very disrespectful thats not how you do business Mr johnny Yeun. This will be my last visit to this place this dealer need their service advisors to be trained better learn how to treat customers with respect and keep customers up to date with their vehicle status.
