I contacted Precision Architectural Metals for help with part of a project that I (foolishly) planned to DIY, even though I have none of the right skills. Jack at PAM took the time to talk to me about what I was trying to accomplish, really made sure he and his team understood the goal, and made a number of incredibly helpful suggestions. And then PAM offered to just knock out the whole project at a very reasonable price. They were able to do - perfectly - in about 2 hours what would have taken me 2 weeks to do shoddily.
