I have done business with Thinksign for many many years and until recently have always been very happy with their product and service. However, in lieu of Coronavirus, several customers are no longer able to afford high end signs such as theirs. When I get told this by a customer, I offer a different option to the client. Keep in mind, I still actively sell and service Thinksign products. Their sales manager reached out today and informed me that he will be DIRECTLY MARKETING to my customers if I dont sell exclusively their product. This is a relationship that is over a decade old. They use my photo in their advertising and are treating me like this. Use CAUTION AND PROTECT YOUR CUSTOMER NAMES!!!

Awful experience. The sign we were sold works only with the cloud based software. The function to speed up or slow down the scrolling text does not adjust at all. Additionally, the adjustment to change the speed from one slide to the next does not function. The scroll and the transition from slide to slide is too slow. Displaying text takes way to long to get our message out. Cars driving by do not have enough time to read our messages. The biggest frustration is their poor customer service. The sign was installed a few months ago. Within a week of installation, I called and talked to Nick in customer service. He assured me he would contact the software team to get fixed. I've talked to my local rep many times, no answers. Talked to another inside rep today. he said nothing has been done to correct so he would submit an email request to the software department. Our previous sign was a Watchfire and I regret not replacing with the same. All to save a few bucks.
Love working with these guys! They provide a complete picture of what is needed and make selling their product so much easier than their competitors. Great customer support as well! I recommend them to anyone asking for an electronic message center.
