Was looking for a carpet for my elderly father in law, saw one on the top row of the stands in brown which looked ok but couldn't feel the quality as it was too high, so I purchased the carpet for 8.99 sq m for a room 12ft x 15ft paid 184, they wanted 55 just to fit it but I found cheaper elsewhere. The carpet was fitted and I have now been to see the carpet and am very disappointed with the quality considering the price.

As a company we are very proud of our reputation and the fact that you supplied your own measurements and youve also signed our paperwork confirming that,we cannot take responsibility for You also didnt advise us of the American fridge freezer and AGA cooker in situ which you expected our fitters to move During your visit to the store you were more interested in looking for a single fitter than discussing the job even to the point of sexual innuendos Im sorry we have to put any details on here but as you have not contacted the store whatsoever with any complaints we feel we have to defend our company

Im Not happy with this company ive been missed sold over promised and under deliverd on product and service...... (BE WARNED THEY BLAME YOU FOR THERE MISTAKES ) im never going there again and id advise you to do the same. It's cost me more money to buy more new flooring and get it layed right again ..... arggg on companies that take advantage on single moms on a budget a few days later i had a rude phone call wish i could remember his name but the shock off it took me by surprise. A rubbish customer care service .......

STAY away seriously, PAID the invoice which clearly says on there upstairs 3 bedrooms hall way stairs and lounge !!! They haven't done lounge wanted 300 extra even though we settled invoice, told us they were going to send a team to my house to rip carpets up even though we have paid ! Scum bags come to mind stay stay away
