I ordered two packages of officially licensed "Icynene" t-shirts from Swag Dog, the first time was okay, but the second time will definitely be the last. The first order of about 30 t-shirts ranging from medium to large took almost a month to complete, which is okay to say the least. However, the second time I ordered about 15 of the same type of shirts in XLs and they took over two months to complete my transaction. Half the amount of t-shirts in more than double the amount of time! I will give them credit due to the awful weather conditions delaying airlines, but over two months for a little over a dozen shirts is ridiculous. During both transaction experiences I had to personally call the company to complain about the time it was taking to deliver my order. They never emailed, called, or even texted me as a customer to confirm my order or let me know that they were having trouble receiving inventory because of a delay from their manufacturer. Both times they explained the late processing due to their system not receiving my order even though I had my receipt on file in my account within their website. The service is unprofessional and unorganized and thankfully I don't have to go back.
