I do not guarantee weight as my contract says as all puppies have different growth spurts as children do and I tell clients that. We feed our puppies all they will eat even if we have to finger feed them. Sorry your yorkie grew larger than you wanted. Some clients think they are getting a larger puppy to end up with a t-cup. But their are t-cups out there as some of my clients have t-cups that are 4-5lbs.

My mom bought a dog from here years ago. She was sold as a "teacup" and the "runt" of the litter, and told she would never grow over a few pounds. Took her to the vet and turns out she was malnourished (hence the intense meal plan the owner told us to give her when we got her), and she ended up being x4 the weight we were told. As soon as she was eating normally, she immediately became much more lively, where before she was very fragile and lethargic. Not disappointed by her being bigger, we love her dearly, but it's upsetting to think that many of these little dogs are probably not fed enough just to be sold as "teacups." On her websites, it seems half the puppies happen to be teacups and toys, and are predicted to be under half the weight of most dogs of the same breed. News flash--teacup dogs (and pets in general) don't actually exist, they're just underfed. Also if the owner responds, yes my name will not be in her records--the dog was bought by my mom, not me.
Horrible customer service. No response to inquiries whether it is through email, phone or text messages. I do not care how busy you are, at minimum you should acknowledge a customer's inquiry with a message. With today's technology, it's easy to send an automatic text or email.
Working with TLC to find the perfect little one for us was an amazing experience. They were patient, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. They were fantastic all the way thru the process and continued being great even after we had the new member of our family home with us.
Very clean facility and very nice family. Stacy Collins is a professional breeder with 20 years of experience. I was reading other reviews and I am not sure what location they were at when they observed the conditions described. Stacy showed us the parents of our chosen puppy and they were clean and had sufficient space to take care of their pups. Furthermore, although TLC had many breeds, she has ample staff to take care of the puppy's and make sure that the older dogs are also well taken care of. She really cares about her customers and her dogs!
