Used to be really nice and safe Lived here for over two years Management used to be on top of all issues Got mixed feelings now Pool area is great and well maintained Gym has a great view, some equipments are starting to give out Can get frustrating when theres more people working out Looks like something changed in management recently We dont really get notified of all the incidents happening on property anymore like theft , vandalism There were talks about getting additional cameras but they don't seem to be helping too much Others issues have been very promptly taken care of . Cant complain regarding regular maintenance .its been great With the amount of rent and additional amenities fee being charged , it can be a little disappointing now

The security systems put in place at this complex is a joke. I have had one vehicle stolen in the last two weeks and now another vehicle left on blocks after all 4 wheels were stolen. I would not recommend this place, due to their lack of concern for their residents and property. We are supposed to have security cameras, remote gated entry and security guard on duty. However, gates are always breaking and not fixed properly/mail room door broken and allows easy access to anyone without remote entry necessary. Cameras are just for show because twice while speaking with management was told they are not in service and have been trying to have them fixed. Security guard is never on duty or patrolling the parking lot at night, when all these incidents seem to have taken place. This complex is not safe and the management sees no concern in having to fix the issues at hand. Would not recommend. Do not feel safe here anymore.

This is the luxurious living you're signing up for, this happens about every 3 months. The front gates are always open allowing anyone to come in. The security is there about roughly 2 times a week and if we are lucky 3 times! Would recommend anybody to raise your expectations elsewhere. Youre welcome!

I ended up leasing another apartment closer to Memorial Park, however I have to give Tania a shout-out! She made us feel at home, was patient with our questions. The amenities are beautiful at this complex!
