When they did the cleanup they ran hose across drywall leaving Marks said there construction co would repair been a month no word on them called a few days ago was told they would be in touch soon still no word
David, your concerns are certainly noted and understandable. We regret that things did not go as smoothly as they typically do. In this case, the carpet and padding needed to be replaced due to the conditions and the baseboard needed to be removed to save the drywall. The significant delay involved with replacing the carpet was due to a mis-step on the part of a company we were subcontracting with. As a result of this, we brought someone else in as quickly as possible and will not be working with the first company going forward.

This is the worst experience I have ever had I had Servpro work on some of my places They went in and ripped out the carpet pad and ripped out the base leaving my renters with their rooms ripped up and not usable It took over a month to get this fixed We had to go through several people to get this copleted and cost over $8000

They have horrible drivers!!! Almost killed my children and I while driving on Quincy street in Hudsonville. A big giant open road, they see me Im going fast. They wait till Im closer and then jump in front of me I was slamming on my horn and breaks, there were NO cars behind me he could have been patient and waited. But no they almost cause a horrible accident. ALL FOR HIM TO TURN INTO THE HOUSE 1 min DOWN THE ROAD. Lucky for me the business name and number was on the green truck. But unfortunately, I called the secretary took my info and statement said shed have someone get back to me. Nobody ever called. Ill be posting my dash cam video and tagging you guys on my TikTok. We all know how TikTok works!
