This was indeed to good to be true. I went through the website for an offer and was given a price range and a phone number. Easy so far. I called and left a message, no return call. I texted the number and received a very delayed response asking for more photos, after I already uploaded additional ones on the site. I received a very low ball offer. I stated I had an in hand carvana estimate for almost $4,000 more and it was crickets. Even after placing another phone call and text. Not only do they not hold their guarantee, their customer service is just one guy receiving texts. Excellent website and advertising, very deceiving. Do yourself a favor, go to Carvana. It is WAY easier, you will get more money without the hassle.

Wonderful experience! I was trying to sell my car because of financial difficulties and most offers I got were below the payoff I would need for the loan. Got such a better offer here that I drove all the way from Georgia! Matthew and Jimmy were very helpful and made the process very easy and were very patient with me considering my lack of knowledge with the process of selling a car. Highly recommend!
