Customer service is...lacking. White Duck did not communicate well with me at all. When the tent I bought on backorder was delayed even further...and further, they didn't even bother to update me on the situation. It was like "pulling teeth" trying to get information from them. I did eventually get the products I ordered, but the whole experience made the company come off as shady to me. They had me worried the whole time I would not receive my (very expensive to me) merchandise. I probably will not order from them again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

We'd love to be able to share our review about this tent we ordered and paid in full for back in January, but have not received it! We were told it would be shipped in March, and just got confirmation that it won't be here till end of April. We completely understand the supply chain/shipping difficulties these days, but we don't understand the lack of communication on White Duck Outdoors' part. After numerous "chats" on their website, a phone conversation, voice mails left from us and several emails, we finally got word last week. Very disappointing communication. Meanwhile - we get a request to review the Tent we still haven't received!!!!

I bought a 18 ounce brown 12 x 12 white duck tarp to cover my gazebo because all my other covers have deteriorated in the Texas sun within two years I applied the tarp yesterday it looks absolutely fantastic Im happy with the weight the quality of the product and Im sure the durability. I will probably order another tarp just to keep in my trunk of my carIn case of an emergency I have a picture check it out I would recommend this company and product to anybody that asks

I didnt understand the diagram and need a bit of help to set up. Support was right on it and sent me the video. One person ( me) can set up the tent but it takes some strength. Good solid tent. . So happy with the tent and the immediate support.

After much time researching, and researching all types of tents, there's quite a few...This is the one I decided to go with.... easy right? for me not easy, I'm very particular about with whom I choose to do business with.I look at many factors... each has there own needs, for me had to be made Heavy Duty, well made... quality! With that said, another factor that played a great roll in me ordering this tent was.. Customer Service!!... Another huge aspect that went in to me getting this tent from White Duck Outdoors. Factor in The time and patience of one of the salesman..Kumbar.. Enough cannot be stressed how important it was to not only talk with him but his honesty and realness relaxed me, concerning buying this tent... but he also had patience. He provided me with answers to my many questions I had. Again, I can't stress the importance of that... there were other company's I reached out to, not a response, nor was I able to actually speak with anyone about there products... In my book... thats a no no. White Duck Outdoors.. was a breath of fresh air... the way it should alway's be... Yes.. I watched many youtube videos.. and everyone of the people that bought a White Duck tent and other products they sell, gave Rave reviews... and recommended it whole heartedly, with enthusiasm!! :) Three words came up over and over... Well Built & Quality.. after setting my 13" Regatta Bell Tent up... I was amazed at how easy it actually was You can see and feel how awesome this tent is... I was blown away... Once I had it set up, I put in my Tent Stove.. got a fire going and it was like heaven... You can actually live in this tent. I have to give out a shout out to the entire White Duck Outdoors team! Thank you all! Thank you Kumbar for being honest and making a product I believe , will last a very long time! Thank you so much !!! oh.... I highly Recommend this Tent.. you will be just as impressed as I am. Happy Camping!!! UPDATE: In order to compete the satisfaction part.. follow up to questions is also vital!!!!
