New Zealand-based t-shirt printing company Digitees specializes in selling personalized clothing and merchandise through their online store. They are masters at what they do, so we helped them communicate it to the world.
The customers typically browse the product catalog to find their preferred styles and colors, then upload custom artwork or create their own designs using the Online Designer tool, and finally place their orders for custom-made products.

In addition to this, customers can set up their own free merch store and sell their custom items with Digitees' Print-on-Demand dropshipping services.
Digitees, despite providing excellent customer service, timely order fulfillment, and unique ideas, did not have many reviews on their Google business profile...

The challenge was to collect reviews and ratings from Digitees' customers to compete with other businesses and attract potential clients to their offerings, utilizing social proof among other tactics.

Then all reviews had to be prominently displayed on their online store, which significantly boosts the trust of future potential clients and ultimately increases sales conversions.
Solution & possibilities
The process also involved verifying the most common issues and improving the sales process with Rating Captain’s AI algorithms.

We implemented widgets displaying reviews on the store's website - company reviews on the homepage, as well as product-specific reviews on their corresponding subpages.

Rating Captain's widgets are designed to be customized to the brand's identity system. This consistency helped to strengthen Digitees' image and trust among future users, as well as improve retention.

After 2 months of cooperation, we managed to collect over 200 positive reviews about Digitees from their clients.

The open rate (OR) of our 508 personalized review invitations was 63.77%, while the click-to-open rate (CTOR) was an outstanding 49.07%! This is a level of effectiveness that we did not expect ourselves.

Regarding product reviews, we received 27 reviews out of 130 invitations sent with a CTOR of 47.36%. The average rating given by customers to Digitees products was as high as 4.88.

All reviews were collected both for Digitees’ Google profile and their dedicated catalog with reviews on our website. 
Outstanding growth
In summary, after 2 months of cooperation, Digitees has increased the number of customer reviews by 76%! Thanks to advanced yet intuitive widgets on the website, the company now displays them and convinces customers to place orders by presenting evidence of the high quality of provided services.

Meanwhile, product review widgets, which are placed on every product page, enable to display Google Rich Snippets (stars in Google search results), thus automatically improving Digitees' SEO.

Additionally, the AI algorithmic semantic analysis of hundreds of customer reviews allowed Digitees to identify areas for improvement, address customer concerns, and enhance customer satisfaction, which ultimately contributed to the growth of the business.
