The company provides services locally, mainly in Wrocław, so cooperation consists not only in review management, but also in positioning the company’s business card in search results.

Measures taken that led to the current results
The challenge we set together with Jaknowa was to position the company’s Google Business Card for the most important keyword phrases typed in by customers.
We noticed the effect already after a month of making the first changes to the business card, and they included:
choosing the right category for the company based on competitive analysis and keywords,
creating a unique company description,
updating the data contained in the business card.
We also began to obtain feedback from customers via e-mail invitations sent from the Rating Captain application.
We took care to support a positive image and build trust on the company’s website by implementing widgets displaying customer reviews.
What’s more, the implemented measures resulted in better sales thanks to returning customers and caring for reviews. The Jaknowa Company recorded:
