NEONET.pl online store offers a wide selection of appliances and accessories from the consumer electronics, home appliances and IT sectors. The brand cooperates with the largest manufacturers in Poland and around the world. Here customers tend to buy TVs, and also appreciate the wide selection of household appliances.
Challenges and cooperation results
Our cooperation began with an analysis of the brand’s situation in terms of reviews, taking into account how the competition manages in this aspect. For this purpose, we performed an audit of reviews in the ReviewsAudit tool. We also analyzed the sentiment of reviews given by NEONET.pl customers, and then recommended actions.
One of the challenges we faced was to create an effective strategy for collecting product reviews from customers who made a purchase. This was achieved by creating dedicated invitations for feedback, tailored to the visual identity and communication style of the brand. The company displays the resulting feedback on a given product page in the online store. With Rating Captain, the effectiveness of obtaining product reviews has definitely increased.
