Integrating your Goshop store with the Rating Captain app will allow you to quickly and effectively collect reviews from your customers. In addition, thanks to the app, you won't miss any reviews on your profiles on review websites. What's more, Rating Captain will analyze each review and suggest what your customers most commonly struggle with. You can display the collected reviews in the form of a widget on your store's website without worrying about violating the regulations resulting from the Omnibus Directive.
Start collecting reviews about your company and products with Rating Captain.
To integrate your store with Rating Captain, follow the steps below::
- Log in to the Rating Captain app.
- Go to the Page tab and click on the Goshop logo tile.
- On the page that opens, find the Goshop integration.
- Copy the code.
- Go to the administrative panel of your store.
- Find the section where you can add external codes.
- Select Configure your store -> Preferences -> External codes.
- In the Last step code of the cart (order confirmation) field, paste the copied code.
- Save changes.

In the app, within 24 hours, the orders integrated with Rating Captain will appear in the Invitations Queue in the Invitations tab.
Remember to select the profiles in the Rating Captain app where you want to collect reviews about your company (e.g. Google, Ceneo, Facebook). You can do this in the Page → Profiles tab.
