Our integrations work on a plug-in basis or involve adding a short code depending on the type of your platform. Their implementation is intuitive, but if you encounter obstacles during the integration with your app, you can count on our help. And if you have a customer base but do not use any platform, you can manually import your customer list into the app, which will acquire feedback and analyse each of them in the next step.
All you need to do is link your shop to Rating Captain and select the services you want to source reviews for. The app will then send your customers an invitation to provide feedback. You can display the collected customer reviews on your shop page using colour-matched widgets for your brand.
By integrating your shop or system with Rating Captain, your reviews will be confirmed by, for example, an order number, which is very important in the context of the changes introduced by the Omnibus Directive. As a reminder, the directive requires businesses displaying reviews on their website to indicate whether the reviews are verified. By sourcing ratings and reviews from Rating Captain, you therefore do not expose yourself to possible penalties resulting from oversight.
