First, we DO guarantee our work. If we create an image or it is created at dwtexas.com, our prints are awesome. The image that was sent in this case was not created by us and was very poor quality which was relayed to this person. We could not do much with it and it would have been extremely difficult, close to impossible, to recreate. This person was told that we could try to redraw it, but it would look a little different, but that is not what she wanted. In which case, we could print what she sent, make it look as good as possible, but I would not be willing to offer a refund, because it was explained, up front, that it was not a quality image. Second, we have to charge up front, because people place orders, we print them, and on occasion, they never come to pick up their order or in this case refuse to pay. I cannot stay in business printing shirts and never getting paid. After telling this person that they would have to pay up front, she became angry. At that point she said she would pay, but if she didn't like what she received that she would dispute the charge with her credit card company. With card companies and a dispute, it looks like fraud and I could not go into a business dealing knowing that an accusation of fraud was looming. The image was bad and I could see that this was not going to end well. I was confrontational. I regret that, but I was matching her confrontational tone. I tried, very politely, to let her know that we might not be the company for her, especially after she threatened a fraud charge with her credit card company before she even placed an order, but the conversation continued. Lastly, the web site she used was dwtexas.com. That site is for people to have fun and make their own design. It is not our main website. It is a design program only. We have hundreds of people who use it to create images we print. Some people use it just for the fun of designing stuff. It is not ecommerce and it is free to use. She is right that it is not super user friendly, but if you play around with it a bit, you can have a good time creating your own t-shirt. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SHARE YOUR DESIGN, but you can if you would like. Before you make a judgement about what we do and how we do it, visit our company web site at dwtexas.net or check us out on Facebook. Better yet, look at all the other reviews and how we have helped people get t-shirts they can be proud of. By the way, if you notice, this person is the only one to give us a bad review. We pride ourselves in working very hard for customers. We constantly do everything in our power to make their experience perfect. We have been making shirts for over 20 years. We have the experience to make your shirt look great. I am saddened by the fact that it was vented on this forum by someone who didn't even give us a chance. From the start, she was not happy and by her tone I wasn't going to make her happy.

I really was excited about a local company that uses Ink to print, however after speaking with the manager, I wont' be doing business with them. To start I wanted 5 shirts printed for staffing purposes and eventually mass printing to sell to customers. They DO NOT guarantee their work, DO NOT give refunds if someone is not satisfied with their work, AND you MUST pay upfront. He stated "They print it and make sure it looks ok"... If that's the case I can charge people upfront for some BS and say in my eyes it's perfect. regardless of what the customer thinks... NO THANKS. They just lost a valuable customer, that was only the beginning of my need for printed shirts. The owner was rude and confrontational with me and continuously interrupted me when I was trying to explain why I did not feel comfortable paying for a product upfront. Not to mention the website is not user friendly. To begin with, I tried to design my shirt on their website and it constantly wanted me to "Share" their BS website and my design to social media, I never even was able to finish because I would not share. Also they DO NOT HAVE ONE PHOTO of their work on their website. To me all this is shady. I would suggest going elsewhere for your needs.

I spoke with Alan about getting a shirt made and he was extremely friendly and easy to work with. I needed the shirt within 3 days and he had the shirt ready for pick-up a few hours after I placed the order. Great customer service and great products.
