Saw Dr. Nunnery who is supposedly a cornea specialist. I had trouble after cataract surgery done by another doctor and wanted a second opinion. He presented himself in a way that he was an amateur and had no idea what he was doing and explained to me that he was only a cornea specialist when it came to lasik surgery and I needed to see someone else. I then went on to get my an eye exam to get glasses. I was given a prescription that was not correct , but I had already purchased glasses. Returned and got a new prescription dye to tech's error. Office manager agreed to pay 200.00 towards the new glasses. It took a month and a half, and several reminders for them to FINALLY reimburse me. Then I get a letter from Dr. Nunnery saying they were discharging me from their office. Beware if going to this office for anything but lasik. They are incompetent for any other eye issues.

Over two years ago I had Lasik at Providence eye. My left eye is great. My right eye is still very dry and can be annoying at times. I work on a computer all day so that doesn't help. I remember them saying it would be dry and to hang in there but I've given up hope it will ever return to normal like my left eye.

Wow. Thats all I can say. I am blown away by how easy and painless the Lasik procedure was. Dr. Mozayeni and his staff are the absolute best, even though I have no other office to compare it to. From the very first exploratory appointment to my day after procedure follow up, they were of the most professional and friendliest. Even though it seems like they take on a ton of clients, I never once felt like a number. I am still so blown away by how quick and painless the procedure was. I am forever grateful for Dr. Mozayeni, giving me the gift of perfect vision without contacts or glasses! By far one of the best decisions Ive made. So many people out there are too scared to get Lasik and think its so painful... NOT the case AT ALL. Just do it.

Had an appointment with Dr. Mozayani back in September at which point he recommended I specifically see Dr. Mills for a procedure. He walked me to the front desk to make the appointment. Could not be seen until Jan. Was 3 months away, but ok should be worth it. Showed up today for my long awaited appointment and they had NO record of it. No explanation for this error. No attempt to make it right ASAP. I explained my job is such that I can't just take time off without plenty of notice but that I did have the 25th off (2 weeks from now!). Immediatley they said that day was full. Excuse me, you made a mistake and now can't figure out a way to correct it? Finally found a day that will work and just got home to realize my appointment has been scheduled with a different doctor from Dr. Mills. I work in the medical field and understand the pressures, but this is incompetence. Your front office staff is the first impression you give to patients. Do better.
