I attended a parents evening last night with my son to talk through the details of his forthcoming ski trip with Ski Team4. It was lovely to meet the sales manager who had driven over 2 hours to present the trip to us. It was an excellent presentation and she was able to alleviate any concerns that the parents had and explain the Covid guarantee and insurance that is in place for my child. Robert is very much looking forward to learning to ski and i feel very confident in this company.
Unethical refund process in covid 19, having stated will not refund if resorts are open, even if UK travel ban in place. This will leave parents and schools out of pocket. Avoid.
Im afraid to say, as a teacher, I agree with the other reviews about the lack of professionalism here. They dont make you aware of all the facts for your trip and border on being rude when you speak to them. We will be going back to our old provider.
Our sons ski trip was cancelled due to the Covid outbreak, but it took SkiTeam4 forever to actually refund the trip. We later found out that they were not actually refunding the whole trip, but only a percentage of it, which forced the school to have to go through a separate insurance company in order to get the total amount back. I think this is a dreadful thing to do, especially as it kept us waiting for our refund a lot longer than it should have. Other companies refunded their trips in full almost instantly, but SkiTeam4 kept us waiting for months. Awful.
Badly organised with ferry at midnight with a school group. No WiFi as promised at hotel. Point of contact at hotel rubbish. Missed at least 3 hrs of skiing due to poor organisation. Not enough hot water for hot showers. Food pretty good. You really need to pull your socks up Ski Team 4
