Terrible terrible experience! Ordered 1 month ago and still waiting for 4 miserable t-shirts. They never take any responsibility at all and they just blame the delivery company but if you KNOW that particular company is doing a poor job and affecting your clients why continue to ship with them? i'll never order with this company again! worst part is I don't even know the quality of the tshirts because they haven't arrived. I've ordered things from China that arrived faster than this and they're located in North America! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I have had over the course of the last 2 months. Our group order was placed at the beginning of November totaling 200+ items and thousands of dollars. Orders should have been delivered by Christmas according to the timeline produced by Kotis. 8 weeks later there was still no communication from Kotis regarding our items and their status. After reaching out to customer service I was informed our items would ship the second week of January. This date also came and passed and there was no information from Kotis. Upon reaching out to customer service for a second time, I was informed the base clothing items were still not in house and our logo/design had not even been added. Our orders began shipping the second week of February, and we finally received official notice from Kotis about the delay in our orders, after 10 weeks of silence after collecting our money. Kotis only reached out after I requested some form of communication to the participants in our group order. Now, after all this, I did not receive half of my order and had to reach out for a refund. Additionally, other members of our order were informed their items "were not produced" and they would be receiving a refund, only to come to find out that others in our group received the exact same item. To make customers wait 10-12 weeks for their items, after collecting payment, only to be informed that you did not actually produce the item - I simply do not understand. I will be advocating for our organization to not use Kotis in the future. No effort has been made on behalf of Kotis to remediate these issues, offer full refunds or reimbursement for lack of production.
I have never dealt with such an incompetent, shady company. I have placed department orders with them the last 3 years and there has yet to be a single order placed without some problem. This newest order, we agreed on pricing and at the order page, they raised the prices. It wasnt until they were called on it they brought the prices down. The group order was placed with enough time that we were assured they would be delivered prior to Christmas. Mid January I reached out as nobody had received their orders yet, only to be told the we should have the tracking number for shipping by the end of the week. No tracking number, no updates. Reached out again and was now told it wouldnt be until mid February. Why did you tell me we would have a tracking number by the end of the week? Why lie? Be transparent with the customer. The order finally shipped, however many items of the shipment were missing, one person never even received their clothing. More reaching out and nothing. Maybe its shame on me for giving them three chances. I wont make that mistake again. Our department will NEVER do business with Kotis again. There are many options out there, Id suggest going with someone else.

I placed an order that was promotional with a whole group at the University back in early September. Was told my items ( which are gifts) would be here first week of November and now I have been informed it will be starting to ship first weeks in December. Very disappointed and will not do business with them again

Fairly disappointed with the timeline of project delivery. A 4 week timeline from order to shipment was given at the end of August. Without notice it was delayed till the beginning of October, then end of October, and then beginning of November. This information was only given through calling customer service instead of being automatically updated. No support or explanations were offered, the only thing provided was an apology for providing incorrect dates previously.
