I personally feel that All-Star at the very least mislead me intentionally about a variety of things. I never got my paperwork packet, I had a couple issues after the fact involving verifying address and stuff, and there was a lot of things I feel were over sold and under-delivered.

Made an appointment to find out if the passenger armrest could be repaired. I expected to be there 15 minutes tops. I was told that an inspection was necessary and held captive for well over an hour, only to be told that yes, the armrest could be repaired, but they would have to order the part, and I would have to come back to have it installed.

My 2018 Honda HRV was reminded of scheduled maintenance. Within 24 hrs, I was at All-Star Honda. All points, tire rotation & oil change were done with professionalism & consideration. All-Star washed my vehicle when all was done. She looked as good as the first time I saw her. Good job all around.

We went in for a routine oil change and even went in 15 minutes earlier than our appointment time. When we got there nobody even acknowledged we we there. And we are the only customers at the time. There were at least 5 employees sitting around and I went to each counter and the employee would walk away. I understand if your busy doing something but a courtesy of simply saying Ill be right with you I would of been fine with that but no eye contact or anything until my husband says something. So finally after a few minutes someone was able to help us the employee says it will take about one hour to an hour twenty minutes. An hour passes by and they are just lifting my car up to do the oil change! Again nobody tells us anything! Ive been loyal to all star Honda for more than 15 years and bought four cars from them and would have to say Im very disappointed with the service I received. Maybe its time to seek another dealership!!
