I've never done pilates before and just had 2 classes with Erin I'm honestly speechless she's so knowledgeable and very professional before my first class started i explained to Erin that i have major issues with my back and that I'm suffering from pain for about 6 years and i felt like everything we were doing was making my back feel better after my second class the majority of my pain was gone I'm so grateful that i found this place its definitely the best 10 STARS!!!

At 63 Im new to Pilates Reformer. Im a big cardio person but needed stretching to help with getting older. Erin is a perfect instructor, she adjusts the exercises for my past surgery areas (neck & lower back). Have been going several times a month since March and have noticed toning in arms , shoulders & legs. As a motorcycle driver the increased shoulder strength has been the best!!

I love pilates! I am 60 years old and have been inactive for many years. Within 3 to 4 sessions I felt stronger, I stood up straighter, and my step now has purpose. Erin is a great instructor and will cater to any limitations that you may have; even the group sessions are very personalized, and fun! I look forward to going. Highly recommend.

I began my pilates experience just after my hip replacement (I'm only 50!), and found Erin and Kristy to be the most supportive and informative instructors ever!
