Had to order 3 times before the size was correct. And keep in mind, they will not refund u til theyve received return item, so if you order new pair before they receive returned pair, like they suggest, I had $750.00 invested before I got a $250 pair of plain Jane shorties that actually fit. Ive always been a size 7.5-8, typically a 7.5 in boots. Ive purchased from here before so I know they run at least a half size too big. I ordered a 7, and they were still at least a half size too big, for more like an 8, the heel, toe, and ankle, way too big, so I order a 6.5, huge discrepancy. So I ordered another 7 and at least they were somewhat of a better fit than the original 7 I receivedThey werent very helpful or apologetic. Impossible to contact by phone. Try to leave other than a 5 star review on their website and they just filter it and wont let it be posted. I say beware
Unless you enjoy multiple spam emails and spam TEXTS every single day, don't buy from Lane. Even after unsubscribing, you'll still get FLOODED with their spammy nonsense. Instead, go with a company that respects their customers.
I love my boots from Lane! I'm getting my second pair! I never wore boots before my first pair of Lanes. The people at Corporate were so helpful. They even let me come in and try on several pair to find the right size before I purchased!
Horrible experience with a return. Very frustrating! Nice customer service rep when you can reach them but no resolution. I wish I had read other reviews before I made a purchase. If I had, I sure wouldnt have ordered and fallen into the same trap others obviously have. Ive worn boots forever and have never experienced such a ridiculous experience. They sent me the wrong boots and when I returned them they put part of my refund on a gift card. They are refusing to put all of it on the original payment method. Wow! Ive never posted a review before and dont like this but want to save someone else the trouble. Had to click at least one star in order for this to post. It isnt worthy of one star though.
