The Dr. was nice but that was it. Got told one thing yet charged another, went back after my appt. to have my bill corrected then was double charged. Gaslighted into believing I was refunded and it was my bank that didnt show the refund because it was the weekend. Went in today and they were quick to "help" as my insurance company was on the phone, then i still had to dispute the charge on my card because get this - they still didnt refund me the full amount, told me they were not able to do a full refund in 1 transaction then swiped my card to give me back only 1 refund receipt amount. Unacceptable!

I hate to give a bad review. Typically I only give 5 star reviews. This company knowing sold my disabled brother damaged frames that caused irritation to his nose. They offered a partial replacement on another pair that broke in 2 weeks. We decided to go with another eye Dr. (Five Points Eye Associates) who has taken great care of him since. This is not the reason for the review though. The reason for the review is because now this company is withholding his Dr. Records. Spent a half our on the phone and hour round trip and told us they couldnt tell him what his vision is. Unbelievable the lab manager and lady on the sales floor acted too busy to help and nobody was in the store or on the phone. I really hope their boss sees this and has a chit chat with them. Taking advantage of disabled should be a crime!!!
The staff and Dr Pearl were amazing when I took mom in today. They found a problem with moms eyes and got her into a socialist this afternoon. So thankful to them all for taking such good care of my mom.
I was treated very kindly by the staff and professionals who provided A1 customer service and vision care. However I very disappointed when I found out that my previously used medical insurance was no longer accepted at Vision Today. No reason was given as to why. This really dampened my experience immensely.
