I sold my diamond in September. A check was supposed to be sent in November according to their contract. Guess what? No check. If this happens to you too, file a complaint with the BBB and NY Attorney General. Get these thieves shut down.

if you are a buyer, this will be a great experience for you.. however, if you are selling - be prepared to wait for your money for a couple of months.. inwaited fir 2 and a half.. how they operate is: buyer pays, you send the jewelry to their office, they appraise it, they send it to the buyer.. and then you wait for your payment to be "processed" by their accounting and then receive your check in the mail?! basically they just hold on to your money for as long as possible.. in this day and age with venmo, paypal, etc we are waiting for weeks for checks to be issued and mailed out?! come on, this is just bad business and they know it..

After having my ring up on other sites a friend recommend I Do Now I Don't and I sold my item within a few weeks for my asking price. Received payment today and could not be happier with the process.

I hunted around the internet looking for reviews on this place before placing my order, so for all of you looking for a review that isn't a little suspicious, here's one. Be aware that if you choose to go forward with them, their emails may get filtered to your junk mail (happened to me). Some people comment about lack of communication, and I felt the same way until checking my junk mail. They are actually very timely. I think this website is a really good way to get a great deal if you are willing to do a little research on your own. I'm sure you could get ripped off too. I found a ring that was beautiful, but wanted to do some research to protect my investment. Here's some tips when purchasing from the site: 1. You can search a GIA certificate number online and compare to the certificate the buyer provides. I would recommend only considering the listings with certificates. 2. Compare price for an equivalent ring on Blue Nile. They are a large and fairly-priced online retailer, so they are a good comparison point. 3. Consider the impact of resizing. Not all rings can be resized easily or without compromising the rings integrity. 4. If you can find out who the original jeweler was, contact them and pretend like you want to buy a similar/the same ring. See how much they paid for it. I went above and beyond, finding the ring on instagram (it was a custom jeweler who posts videos of each piece) and looking the seller up online. I feel that the customer service is a little mehh. They can't answer your questions very well, but I did confirm they use a third party to confirm the details of your ring, so as long as you've done your research, it's a great way to save $$$ on a ring. Good luck!
